When the scope and requirements are not well defined we advice to devide the work into a 2 step model. In step one we will document the technical specification for a fixed price. This document will contain detailed hour estimation. You will be owner of this document.
Step two will be based on development for a fixed price. Base on the step one document it is easy to deside whether to continue or adjust.
